I have been given a Zipp Digital Image Copier, perhaps 15 years old and Windows 7. Now, I am using Windows 10. The CD does not work; is there software to download that will help?

You will need to do this the hard way because there is no driver available for installation. The CD that you already have is good enough for the procedure. Firstly, disable the Driver Enforcement using the following steps: to disable the feature go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
After it's disabled, insert the CD and manually browse it, then locate the driver files. Connect the device and point the installer to the driver files, without installing the software. It will install the driver and the files, but you have to accept a warning when it appears on screen.
